Bio: Loves to play, likes to referee. Lou is the consummate rugby whore, having worn over 100 different jumpers whoring for various teams. Lou's Rugby philosophy-If we have the ball they can't score. Possession is everything. Always take the wind in the second half. Take the sure three points early in the match or against a tough opponent. Spin to win on a wide pitch if you have fast backs. Communicate to the referee through your captain. Two things you have no control of: weather and the referee. Two things you can control: fitness and focus. Lou has been described as the engine room of every club he has ever played for...truer words were never spoken.
