Bio: “Any time we cancel a rugby match, we simply encourage golf.” Dean is a formidable forward, which is just as well, since in 1996 he was banned for life by Iain Ryrie from playing in the backs. He was also accused by Iain of being more English than the English (charges that have stood up over time). A stalwart club administrator, Dean's proudest accomplishment is having retired the Michael Skakel High Gross Trophy, awarded annually at the Connecticut Grey's Brown Bag Open.
