Bio: Was a founder of The Grey as well as the US Naval Academy Rugby Club, the Seattle RFC and the Connecticut Yankees RFC. "If there wasn't a club where I was I helped found one to satisfy my rugby habit." Gave up active playing when he started to collect Social Security. Sandy retired in style, hanging up his boots on the Grey's 25th anniversary tour to Barbados in February 2004.
