Bio: Separated from twin Fred Seegar at birth but reunited on the pitch years later. Highlight of rugby career is being on the pitch when my son Andrew played in his first match and having the opportunity to play rugby together on several other occasions. Joe was once called the "consummate chameleon", due to the number of positions he has played throughout his career. Joe retired from active play at the 2007 Franconia Tournament, but has promised us he would still be around and might even boot up once in a while.
